A bit about us: A wide range of community agencies have come together under the umbrella of Heart Health Action Windsor-Essex. Working through schools, workplaces, health service providers, and community groups. All agencies share a common goal to improve everyones' heart health by reducing the three major risk factors: tobacco use, unhealthy eating and physical inactivity. Volunteers: Volunteers are welcome to come out and join our heart health coalition. We conduct many activities through schools, workplaces, health care facilities and community groups.
